Joe covers our southern New Jersey program, as well as, selected education accounts in our northern program where Joe originally started with us. Credentials: Joe is in his 6th year serving as an Education Specialist. Prior to joining our organization he was involved with communication sales.
Joe covers our Northern New Jersey Education Sales Program. Credentials: Joe is in his first year with us. As an Education Specialist selling Smart Boards he is in his second year.
Wayne's responsibilities involve the daily field operations in serving our customers. Credentials: Wayne has been with the Keyboard since it first started serving the needs of our customers over 15 years ago. His sales and customer related experiences span over 30 years in the New Jersey area.

Our inside support staff has years of experience serving and supporting our customer's needs on a timely and professional manner.
Mallory is responsible for the financial operations of our organization. Credentials: Mallory has over 20 years of industry experience with all aspects of customer relations and customer support, including field support services to clients in the corporate environment. She has been serving in her current capacity with us for close to 12 years.
Anne is responsible for the daily management of service to all of our customers. Credentials: Anne has been our customer support coordinator for nearly 6 years now. Her background is varied, but she has over 10 years experience in customer service.
Charles interacts with our customers who order directly with us for their supplies and computer accessory items. Credentials: Charles has been with Keyboard for 9 years in his current role as Purchase Expeditor. He makes certain you get your supplies on a timely basis.
FIELD ENGINEER Team Network, Desktop and Printer Support/Repair color@keyconsult.com
Our field engineers are a very experienced staff whose mission is to provide fast, reliable break/fix repairs of your desktop printers and desktop computers.
Network design, implementation and on-going support is also an important part of this customer support team.
Steve is currently responsible for field service of color and black and white printers. He is also responsible for workstation and network support for our customers. Credentials: Steve is one of our most trained technicians for printer products. He has been with us for 4 years now.
Jim and Tom have over 25 years experience in network wiring and LCD ceiling mounted installations. Customer satisfaction with every installation is paramount with this team. Flexibility with our customer's schedule for installations is another reason why our customer satisfaction level is so very high.

Tom's responsibilities include actual installation work for all of our LCD/Smart Board and network customers. Credentials: Tom has many years experience in the installation of network wiring and LCD installations. He started when he was 7 years old. He has been affiliated with Keyboard for as long.
